Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented User Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for helping others. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Maintenanice of company website and  appropriate software
• Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
• Provide customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide proactive support.

Experience and specialization

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a User Support Technician, Azure Cloud, GCP, or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and remote desktop applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Micrpspft Azure, Terraform Associate, Kubernetes Administrator etc.)
