• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
• Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, edge banding and allied materials
• Assist the CNC operator to perform different jobs including drilling and milling.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions
  -Measure room or installation area
  -Cut or build cabinets to fit in each space
  -Follow blueprints to ensure quality of installation
  -Clean up the job site after installation
