HEERA TRANSPORT LTD. is looking for the position of Office Administrator for their location 45 MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD, Box 50, GRP 200, R.R.2, WINNIPEG, MANITOBA R3C 2E6.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full-Time Position

Salary: $ 25.80 per hour for 37.5 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Evaluate & Review office administrative procedures and implement new procedures.
• Setup work priorities, assign work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Carry out office administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment and supplies required in Transportation Company, maintenance, and security services
• Carry out analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and management processes
• Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Collect data to prepare periodic and special reports and manuals
• May supervise records management and related staff.

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years
