North Shore Quality Meats is seeking a Meat Shop Manager to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Main duties:
- Establish the organization’s goals, as well as design or approve policies and plans management policies and practices including recruitment, training, and development, performance management, and remuneration for all staff,
- Meet with managers and coworkers to prioritize resource allocations,
- Authorize and organize the creation of main departments and related management positions,
- Choose middle-level managers, directors, or senior executives,
- Act on behalf of the organization or a delegated representative in negotiations or in the performance of other official functions,
- Complete other related tasks as needed,
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline field,
- 3-5 years of related management work experience,
