Hoffman's Building Maintenance Ltd. is hiring Janitors for their company located at 3345 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, V5R 0A7.
Number of positions – 2
This is a full-time and permanent position.
The duties of the Janitors will be as follows.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures.
Skills required:
- Completion of secondary school is an asset but not mandatory.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Wage and benefits
- Wage being offered is $22.50 per hour.
Hours of work
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends
This position is open to indigenous persons, vulnerable youth and newcomers to Canada.
