About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Subway restaurant in Davidson, Saskatchewan. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, staff development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for staff and customers
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle daily cash operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate daily operations and support team performance
Qualifications
- College diploma or certificate (1–2 years)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory or managerial food service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- English language proficiency
