Temptation Café is looking for a Baker who is willing to be a team member and conduct all duties related to this position.

Status: Permanent Full-time
Shift: 40 Hours/Week

Main duties:

Ensure daily bakery is made to high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner
Measure, weigh and mix flour and other ingredients
Prepare dough for loaves of bread, pastries, and sweet goods
Knead, roll and cut dough into shapes
Operate machinery, such as the oven, mixer, etc.
Bake mixed doughs and batters
Apply and decorate baked goods with icing, Cream, and other toppings
Assist with stock rotation

Qualifications & skills:

Completion of secondary school is required
1-2 years work experience in baking pastries.
