George Dawson Inn Hotel, the top choice for travelers in Dawson Creek, is currently looking for one Permanent, Full-time administrative assistant.

Working hour: 30-40hours / week

Wages: $29.00/hour

Start time: ASAP

Location: Dawson Creek, BC

Duties:

Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Direct and control daily operations
Open and distribute mail and other materials
Plan and organize daily operations
Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Oversee development of communication strategies
Compile data, statistics and other information
Oversee the preparation of reports
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Perform data entry
Maintain and manage digital database
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Languages: English

Education: 2 years diploma in business administration

Experience: At lease 1-year related work experience
